Bookings

We are an adult only site and cannot accept persons under 18, either as a guest or as a visitor. Bookings that include either Easter, or a bank holiday weekend are subject to a minimum night stay, 4 for Easter and 3 for bank holidays. These, together with 1- and 2-night bookings, must be paid for in full, when booked. We are unable to refund payments, should you leave before the end of the booked stay.

The owners cannot be held responsible or liable, for any loss, damage, or injury, to property or persons, however it is caused. We advise all guests to check that they have insurance cover for all personal and third-party risk, during their stay.

We cannot accept bookings from single sex parties or from groups.

Cancellation Policy

Client cancellation: you must inform us either by telephone, or email, as soon as possible. All payments received are non-refundable.

Owner cancellation: we will return all monies or preferably move it to a future booking. This does not apply to any bookings that are cancelled due to unruly or inappropriate behaviour. In this instance all monies will be retained.

Prices and Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and conditions, without prior notice.

A £40 deposit is required on making the booking, with the balance due at least 7days prior to your stay. You will not receive a reminder. Payment is, either by Cheque or BACS.

Arrivals and Departure

Please arrive any time after 1pm and depart before 12pm. There is a board, at the site entrance, with your name and corresponding pitch number. Please find your pitch and setup. Nina or Patrick will catch up with you, in due course. There is no formal check in procedure. We cannot guarantee a specific pitch, though we will make every effort to accommodate guests on their preferred site. Commercial vehicles are not permitted, unless by prior arrange.

Pets

We are a popular site with pet owners. No more than 3 dogs, which must be kept on a lead, at all times. We do not allow pets to be left, unattended, in cars, caravans or motorhomes, whilst the owner is off site. Persistently barking dogs will not be tolerated. No aggressive or dangerous breeds.

Dog faeces on the site will not be tolerated! Please bin it.

Behaviour and Noise

Offensive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, or any other actions likely to cause harm to another guest, member of staff or to anybody’s property, will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to ask a person to leave the site, if, in the opinion of the owner, they have not complied with these reasonable standards of behaviour.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse entry to any person, or group of persons, who, in the reasonable opinion of the owners, we believe, might not comply with the above. In such a case a full refund will be issued.

As we trade as a tranquil park, we ask that customers respect their neighbours and the surrounding area. Please always keep noise to a reasonable level and to a minimum, between 10pm and 8am. No TVs in awnings please.

Smoking

If you are going to smoke, on site, please pick up your butts. The facilities block is non-smoking.

Liability

We will not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or a member of your party, unless there is wilful negligence on our part. Occasionally we will take photos to advertise our park. If you do not wish to be in the picture, please make this known to the photographer. We are unable to make any financial reward for appearing on our photos.

Facilities

Please remember the facility block is for all to use and enjoy and as such, every effort should be made to keep it clean and tidy. Please leave toilets and showers in the same state of cleanliness as you would hope to find them. We do upgrade the block from time to time and so occasionally it may not be the same as photos on the website. We reserve the right to shut the block without prior notice, in respect of circumstances beyond our control. The block will be shut daily, for a short time, to allow cleaning. This will be signalled by a board outside the door. Please respect this.

The grass allocated to each pitch is on the right of the pitch. Please try to keep the unit and any awning, on the gravel. No parking on the grass. No open fires but BBQs are permitted if kept up a height and away from grass.

Wi-Fi is free and there are signs with the password located around the site.

Please do not use electric heaters in the awning.

A pitch is for 1 unit, be it motorhome or car and caravan, and 2 people. Extra cars and people will incur an additional charge, which will be arranged during booking. Our price includes electric but not the charging of electric vehicles.
